These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Lemacouture (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Conditions
Lemacouture operates an online boutique offering handmade, ready-to-wear and custom-made dresses. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because our items are handmade and produced in limited quantities, slight variations in color, fabric, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the product’s unique character.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors and details may vary depending on screen settings.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.
We use Shopify Payments to process transactions securely. Lemacouture does not store full payment details.
Once payment is successfully completed:

Production and/or order processing begins immediately

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified, except at our sole discretion
4. Custom-Made & Handmade Items
Custom-made or made-to-measure dresses are created specifically according to the customer’s selections, measurements, or design requests. By placing such an order, you acknowledge that:

The order is excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law

Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not possible
5. Returns & Refunds
All items sold by Lemacouture are non-refundable, including ready-to-wear collection pieces and custom-made items.
Refunds or returns are only considered if an item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and depend on the nature of the product (ready-to-wear or custom-made). Lemacouture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Lemacouture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
8. Liability
Lemacouture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
