Our collections consist of handmade ready-to-wear designs as well as custom-made and made-to-measure pieces. Due to the nature of our products and production process, we apply the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. General policy – no refunds
All items sold by Lemacouture are non-refundable. This applies to:

Custom-made or made-to-measure dresses

Dresses from our own collections that are handmade and produced in limited quantities
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not offered, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
2. Custom-made & made-to-measure orders
Custom-made and made-to-measure dresses are created specifically according to your selections, measurements, or design requests. Because these items are clearly personalized:

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed

Refunds or exchanges are not possible once production has started

Changes after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional costs
These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law for customized goods.
3. Ready-to-wear collection items
Dresses from our own collections that are available online are also handmade and produced in limited quantities. For reasons including, but not limited to:

Hygiene and wearability concerns

The delicate nature of fabrics and materials

Risk of damage, alteration, or use after fitting

Limited stock and exclusivity of designs
these items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Order confirmation & production
Once payment is successfully completed:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
